Mindfulness Training For Teachers
The first step to use the elements of mindfulness during school lessons is your own experience. Through the Power of Mindfulness program for teachers we offer an original program to reduce stress and develop teaching skills based on the practice of mindfulness. This program was created on the basis of existing, well-tested MBSR and MBLC mindfulness programs. It is dedicated to teachers only and the exercises and lesson plans are developed taking into account the specificity of the profession. This program consists of 10 meetings, lasting about 2 hours. The core element of the training is an 8-hour workshop which incorporates independent practice at home from recordings and assists in deepening the mindfulness experience.
